Every article on this site has its own threaded comment section, so you can respond in context. There’s also a general discussion thread below for questions that don’t fit neatly under a single article.
How comments work. Comments are powered by Giscus, which uses GitHub Discussions under the hood. You sign in with a GitHub account — no separate password to remember — and your comments live in a public discussion thread that’s easy to search and moderate.
Setup needed. Before launch, configure Giscus at giscus.app with the ccplanning GitHub repo and replace the placeholder values in the script tags below (and on each article page).
House rules
- Be kind. Workforce planning is hard, and most questions are good ones.
- No vendor pitches. Sharing genuinely useful tools is fine; spam is not.
- Don’t share data that identifies your employer, your customers, or specific colleagues.
- Disagree with the idea, not the person.
