How to use this. Each function has its own four-stage ladder and a small number of dimensions. Rate each dimension 1–4 honestly — the lowest leg sets your stage. The visual to the right updates as you rate, and the summary tells you which leg is weakest in each function. Re-assess annually; the year-on-year delta is the test.
