Where else to look
Beyond what’s curated here, these are the channels where most UK, Irish, and European contact centre planning roles get posted:
- LinkedIn job search — searches for “workforce planning,” “resource planner,” “scheduling analyst,” “real-time analyst,” and “capacity planner” with the location filter set to United Kingdom, Ireland, or European Union. Set up alerts — most planning roles get filled within 2–3 weeks of posting.
- The Forum — UK customer strategy community with a dedicated members’ jobs board. Strongest single source for senior UK planning roles.
- CCMA — UK contact centre trade body; runs a job board and posts member-firm vacancies.
- IrishJobs.ie and Indeed.ie — the two main job boards for Ireland-based roles. Search for "workforce" or "resource planner" plus "contact centre" or "customer service."
- European call-centre job boards — regional specialists like CallCenterJobs.eu, Multilingual Vacancies, and Job-Vacancies-Europe cover roles in Lisbon, Athens, Sofia, Krakow, Berlin, and the other major European contact centre hubs. Useful for multilingual roles in particular.
- Specialist recruiters — UK: Douglas Jackson, MERJE, Search Consultancy, PMI Recruitment, Search Consultancy. Ireland: Sigmar, Cpl, Hays. Pan-European: Multilingual Jobs Worldwide, Babel Profiles.
- Direct on operator careers pages — banks, insurers, utilities, retailers, and BPOs post WFM roles directly. UK: Sky, BT, EE, Aviva, Direct Line, Vodafone, Tesco Mobile. Ireland: AIB, Bank of Ireland, Aviva, AXA, Vhi, Eir. European BPOs: Teleperformance, Concentrix, Foundever, Webhelp, Majorel.
