Quality data is the most under-used input in planning
Quality scores are usually treated as a quality team output. They get tracked, reported, and used to manage individual agent performance. Few planning teams pull them into their own models. That’s a missed opportunity. Where quality and planning data connect
FCR drives repeat-contact volume. A 1% drop in FCR creates a proportional uplift in repeat contacts. Common pitfalls
Using QA data for performance management without quality team buy-in. Destroys the relationship and the data quality.
Treating quality scores as ground truth. Quality scores are estimates with their own error. Use them as a signal, not as a measurement.
